The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Ross County announces scholarship applications are available.
The club is now accepting applications for freshman scholarships for the 2017-2018 academic year. Scholarships are available for students residing in Ross County who will be incoming freshmen at any OSU campus in the fall of 2017. Applications are due by January 18, 2017 and students will be required to participate in an interview with the club’s scholarship committee. Students can find applications and instructions at their school guidance office or online under the scholarship tab of the club’s website.
The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Ross County funds two merit scholarships for Ross County students attending the Ohio State University, the Bob and Betty Jones Scholarship Fund for incoming freshman and the Upper Class Merit Scholarship for returning sophomores, juniors and seniors.
Ohio State graduates who are sustaining members of the Alumni Association can make their annual contribution to the Bob and Betty Jones Scholarship Fund # 606194. Any OSU supporter can join the local club or donate to the scholarship fund.
